Needless to say if you're looking for a Panic Away review then you have read about Panic Away, the One Move Technique and Joe Barry. And you have probably seen and looked over quite a few Panic Away "reviews" that really seem like sales pitches.
Well, I hate to break this to you, but about 99% of them are sales pitches from individuals who 1) don't have anxiety or panic attacks and 2) have never actually read Panic Away. Most of them are a Panic Away scam.
- Thus, I am going to try to let you know my personal experience with Panic Away even when you probably are tired of most of the trash you have seen up until now. And you haven't any valid reason to believe me, simply because, hello, this is the Internet.
But, whether you believe me or not, I'm an actual individual, with real issues, real anxiety and genuine panic attacks and regardless of whether you buy it or not I don't care - my chief aim is to simply share with you Panic Away to help you Determine if it is right for you. Believe it or not, it may OR might not be best for you. Essentially, Panic Away makes use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT for short) to help you re-program your brain to think in different ways about panic and anxiety episodes. In the event that you haven't heard of CBT, it's simply a fancy word for "rewiring" your mind to think differently.
Not to bore you, but I had heard and practiced CBT prior to buying and utilizing Panic Away. I first heard of it in a Tony Robbins book a number of years ago. Tony Robbins clarifies how to use it on yourself in his books.
- I don't believe you necessarily need to know anything about CBT prior to using Panic Away because it is laid out in a pretty easy to follow manner.
The Panic Away One Move Technique is merely what Joe Barry names his strategy that he developed employing CBT specifically applied to anxiety and panic attacks. I cannot give it all away because he has labored hard on his book ( and i'm positive I could easily get sued!).
- Nevertheless, all in all, it is a relatively easy read and when there is difficult psychology terminology, he describes it in an simple to understand fashion. Will It Meet Your Needs?
I cannot seriously answer this kind of question simply because I don't know you. I can tell you that I mostly have problems with general anxiety disorder and panic attacks - nothing really unique triggers it, except stress, pressure, etc. And this is who I believe it is especially aimed toward. If you suffer from something more specific, such as social anxiety disorder, then it may well help somewhat, especially if you are aware of causes and triggers of your SAD. I Do Not believe it could actually help you should you have some phobia or Obsessive-compulsive disorder or something like that. It might, but I do not have phobic disorders or Ocd so i can not really say for sure.
Did It Work?
It helped me. However for anyone who is planning on some miracle cure, this isn't it ( there is no miracle treatment for panic and anxiety attacks). You have to work at it and practice the One Move Technique for it to be successful. If you do not practice it, it won't do the job. So should you be not really prepared to put in the time, don't waste your money.
- In the end, just remember that You Must Decide if it will meet your needs. It is $67, which is not all that cheap, but for me it turned out to be a small price to pay to obtain some relief. Heck, I'd personally give my right arm to have someone give me some miracle cure to take it away because it's so unpleasant. But I don't see that occurring any time soon.
